Alizée Armet presents her previous art projects and explains the background of her artistic interest to research on albino plants within the project, entitled "Ghostly Plants of Damaged Worlds" (previously “Transgene Plants”), as part of the EMAP residency. She presents to the audience, consisting of artists and experts working with living organisms, her vision of the project and the research work she performed in the field-trip, and in the lab environment.

Her research included a trip to one of the sites in Slovenia where the soil is saturated with heavy metals as the albino plants are in some areas supposedly one of the absorbers of the heavy metals. Based on the work of the residency so far, the artist prepared a workshop that lead to a discussion with all participants about possible strategies for soil remediation, and about the potential of the DIY approach of making one's own tools for artistic research.
