Join our EMAP workshop on sustainable digital and media art production!

As part of the RIXC Art Science Festival 2026 – Climate Imagination, the workshop brings together artists, researchers and cultural practitioners to explore more sustainable approaches to media art production through artistic case studies, practical experimentation and collaborative discussion.

Led by Maija Demitere, the workshop introduces Slow Media Art and Deep Sustainability as a framework for reconsidering the materials, methods and processes of media art production.

With contributions by Agnieszka (Aga) Pokrywka, Ryu Furusawa and Benedikt Terwiel, and Régine Debatty as invited respondent and working group facilitator.
