La petita malumaluga is a dance, music and creative technology company aiming to offer non-childish and contemporary creations for the most exciting audience: babies, toddlers and their families.

The company believes in respectful creative projects, provocatively non-childish languages and artistically contemporary productions.

Since 2009, La petita malumaluga have created 10 productions and toured more than 20 different countries, performing in some of the most important theaters and festivals of the international scene. To name a few: China, Norway, United Kingdom, France, Denmark, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Finland and Macao and in some of the most important theaters and festivals of the international scene: Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (Barcelona), Teatro Español (Madrid), Mercat de las Flors (Barcelona), Festival Grec (Barcelona), Shanghai Children’s Art Theater, Festpillene Bergen International Festival (Norway), National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts – Weiwuying (Taiwan), International Arts Carnival (Hong Kong), Macao Cultural Center and Dansa València.

Over the last two years, the company has expanded its horizons and opened up new possibilities, researching on new ways of fusing innovative technologies with performing arts, offering residencies for international companies and creating a festival called “Prodigyus”, focused on creations that hybridize performing arts and technologies, with an area dedicated to professionals and whose first edition will be held in 2022.
