Tatsuru Arai, in collaboration with Boris Vaitovič, presents Face of Universe (2023) at WIP Festival 2026: Flows in Nicosia, Cyprus. The presentation by EMAP Partner CYENS Thinker Maker Space is supported through an EMAP Partner Presentation Grant (PPG).

This year’s edition of WIP explores flows as a defining condition of our time — from water, energy and matter to data, culture and collective dynamics. Taking Cyprus and the Mediterranean as a point of departure, the festival looks at how ecological, technological and cultural currents shape the ways we live, create and connect.

Face of Universe was developed during Tatsuru Arai’s EMAP residency at CIKE – Creative Industry Košice.
