Member Meeting & Get Together @ Ars Electronica Festival

During this year’s Ars Electronica Festival, the European Media Art Platform came together in Linz for its Member Meeting and the EMAP Get Together.

The Member Meeting brought representatives of the EMAP network together in person to exchange on ongoing residencies and activities, discuss developments across the network and look ahead to the coming months.

In the afternoon, the meeting opened into the EMAP Get Together at the OK-DECK, bringing together members of the 16-organisation network with current and former EMAP artists, partners and invited guests.

The gathering created space to reconnect across the network, establish new contacts and exchange perspectives on current developments in media art, bio art and robotic art across Europe. Beyond the formal meetings and programme of the festival, it was also an opportunity to spend time together and strengthen the connections that make a distributed European network like EMAP possible.

Thank you to Ars Electronica for hosting us and to everyone who joined us in Linz.
