The exhibition RE:PLACES by EMAP artists Carolin Liebl and Nikolas Schmid-Pfähler presents unusual, multicoloured warping objects and a complex apparatus resembling a three-legged planetary landing module, engaged as a partner in creating a visceral experience of plastic processing. The performative installation explores the life cycle of plastic materials and speculates on alternative circuits of (artistic) production, where objects created during an exhibition can be repurposed again as raw materials.

The exhibition takes place from 14 September – 5 October 2023, is supported by the EMAP partner presentation grant and realized by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory, Ljubljana.
