Birk Schmithüsen’s work for sens - Festival for multisensroy perception consists of a series of aesthetic experiments to make the processes of artificial neural networks perceptible to humans through audiovisual translation. Two AIs are embodied by a light and sound object respectively, which develop an apparent empathy and intentionality in the audiovisual dialog.
