Emanuel Gollob in collaboration with Daria Bogdan and Mar Sala Romagosa

With his art and research, Emanuel Gollob (AT) (b. 1991) investigates todays relations of humans, artificial intelligence & robots with the goal of making alternative relations bodily experienceable. In parallel his work traces the change of human perception in connection to digitalisation. Gollob graduated from the University of Applied Arts Vienna with a diploma in Design Investigation (2019). From 2020 to 2021, he was an artist in residence at MindSpaces, an EU research project in the STARTS initiative framework. Since 2020, he has been a PhD candidate and researcher at the University of Arts Linz. In 2023, he was a guest artist at the ZKM | Center for Art and Media in Karlsruhe. Gollob’s work has recently been exhibited in various international institutions, including Smithsonian Arts + Industries Building, Washington DC (2021); Science Gallery Melbourne (2021); Art Science Museum Singapore (2022) and HEK Basel (2023), among others.

Daria Bogdan is an artist, actress, performer, and dancer born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. She studied puppet theatre at the Kharkiv Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts. In March 2022, after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, she moved to Poland, where she continued her studies at the Stanislaw Wyspiański Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków, Wrocław Branch. Dasha Bogdan is co-author of the Gas Theater, a theater with Ukrainian values operating in Wroclaw. Among other institutions, she collaborated with the Nafta Theatre in Kharkiv, the Grotowski Institute, and the WRO Art Center.

Mar Sala Romagosa is a Polished-Belgium-based artist dwelling between the sonic and visual disciplines. She explores the boundaries of the multidisciplinary performance within a sonic framework, as can be seen in her last creation d.e.a.f. a third ear to a silenced body. As a musician-trained, she holds the piccolo solo position at Wrocław Philharmonic Orchestra (PL), is a founding member of Nemø ensemble (BE), and former member of Ictus and Spectra academy (BE). She has performed in festivals such as Opera Festival (Rotterdam), Rewire (The Hague), Darmstädter Ferienkurse, En Avant Mars, Mixtur Festival (Barcelona), and La Biennale (Venice). Mar Sala has also collaborated with and premiered creations from Gorlinsky, Guiraud, Jacobs, Pàmies, Van Parys, and Dossena, among others.
