In-Between Conditions is an independent media art platform based in Tbilisi, founded in 2018.

The platform works across exhibition-making, research, and experimental formats, including educational labs, public art projects, and web-based exhibitions. Its practice focuses on how technological change reshapes artistic production and contemporary culture.

The platform operates as both a curatorial and ecosystem actor, with experience in international collaboration, including the Georgian National Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale, and contributing to Tbilisi’s nomination as a UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts.
